Commercial Stretcher Service
This level of service is limited to a select number of commercial airlines along with suitable aircraft that can support a stretcher. Parkview will obtain a detailed medical report from the health care providers of the patient. If Commercial Stretcher Service is the way that the patient must be transported then Parkview will secure the stretcher availability and clearance from the particular airline and make all necessary arrangements for the transport along with cost. (ie. Ambulances to and from the airport and plane to plane)
Most airlines will require 72hrs notice and in some cases let us know upon booking what is the first available date with enough space.

Parkview has developed a unique relationship with several of the Airline industries medical teams. We will obtain all necessary information along with documentation from the sending and receiving facility to allow us to facilitate a smooth transition with the airlines for medical clearances.
Parkview will also arrange supplemental oxygen with the airline (they require 48-72 hrs notice) for the patient in the air and on the ground. Parkview owns several Inogen One Oxygen concentrators which are FAA approved for use with several airlines. With having our own concentrators we will be able to possible cut down on the lead time that the airlines require when they supply the oxygen on the aircraft. Either in the air or on the ground we will have you covered.
